(Central Standard Time).

Guarantee / Cancellations:
When reserving a room, a credit card number is required to guarantee a reservation until the date of arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of arrival. Large group cancellations must be made at least two months (60 calendar days) before the date of arrival.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date for individual rooms or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for group rooms will be charged the full room rate.
